Every server obviously has issues at one point or another,but its how you analyze those issues and consider whether or not certain situations could've been handled better, basically learning from one's mistakes.

I'll be honest, pretty much 3/4 of the moderator team wanted you banned, because of your attitude on the forums and constant rule-breaking ingame. Although you was banned for a week at one point, you seemed to stop breaking the rules and everyone was happy so the matter was dropped.

You did however continue to troll on the forums and in certain threads which is completely unacceptable and is against our forum rules. You was warned often enough to stop and you didn't, we voted internally and the majority voted for you to be banned from the forums.

Very few users have actually been banned from TmX forums as we believe that players have the right to complain if they have a issue and it wont change in the near future. Every complaint is taken very seriously and always investigated internally - I've been debating whether or not to share the outcomes of these investigations to the public but I'm undecided as I believe certain things should remain internal so that the integrity of the staff as a whole is not compromised. On the other hand maybe its best to share the outcome of the investigations to prove that action is taken.

Let me make a quick comparison between 2 situations. A player at TmX dictates to a moderator that he isn't hugging and the moderator is wrong and is a idiot for saying that the player was hugging, if the moderator is absolutely certain that the player was indeed hugging then the correct response will be to quote the rules and use our !ex command (!exhug) in this case to explain to the player. If they did otherwise (insult back) then they'd be disciplined as more is expected of them.

The player that complained on your forums may have dictated to a member of your staff, but there was still a question that deserved a decent answer - saying "kiss my arse" is kinda rude. To be fair the player called a member of your staff a moron - but FlaminGnz knows the rules and knows how to handle situations, so he should choose not to insult back and instead quote the rule(s), or explain so that the player isn't confused.

As you said in the thread, you was expecting the moderator that made these "smart arse comments" to post the logs, unfortunately he didn't do so. For me that raises a red flag and I'm left wondering why.

I actually get your hierarchy mixed up to be quite honest. Instead of admins I actually meant "Senior Advisers". There reactions in that thread could've been better. As I stated earlier, Crypt's response was pretty much the only mature post that addressed the player's concerns and explained things and he isn't a admin or a senior adviser, he's a full mod.

Also, having temp mods openly troll the player unopposed, isn't really helping anyone and only creates more frustration.

Obviously Jelly is nothing to do with me and whatever way you want to run it you will do so. I'm just giving my honest opinion on the situation and if anyone is offended, I'm sorry as it is not my intent to be offensive. I'm just trying to raise a few points is all.

Edit: In regards to the other thread whereas Flamingunz tries to explain. I do respect your comment Liquid, it was justified and he does indeed need to hold himself to a higher standard. But (yeah there's always a but) Some staff in that thread express there own personal views and obviously not everyone will agree with what they are saying, plus further trolling which obviously looks good.
