I've had a couple double headshots before, and some accidental double kills involving SBHs. Never got me banned or tested since I've been around forever and have a good reputation.

However, I actually did have something happen with a mod on n00bstories back in December '07. On Complex, the GDI Barracks just went down, and I chased Amber's Hotwire (which had just left a recently-destroyed vehicle) with my Sakura to the part where it goes downhill back into the GDI base. I managed to kill her, and then I got !forcerg'd because she apparently thought there was nobody following her and I had to be using arr gee aych or wallhacks or something (or just mad since I killed her hotty and the bar just died). Haven't tried to go back to NS since.

Perhaps you should try rejoining, I believe all forceRG's have been disabled and the moderators now force scripts 4.0 instead.
