Double "* Harvester Under Attack" Sound [message #462532]

Since I installed 4.0 I get double voice messages of "Harvester Under Attack"
Sometimes they play at the exact same time and it's really loud.
Other times they are milliseconds off, and it has an echo effect.
Not sure what can be causing this.

I have cp2 and 4.0 installed.

Edit: Could it be server side? I havn't played on any servers but Jelly since I installed 4.0

It's a known bug, from what I recall it can't be fixed. Only happens on non-4.0 servers.
