Hey I used to play alot in high school my name was loboys or promethus I don't know even anyone here remembers me, I used to play more cw's than regular games but I also played regular games. I moved to israel a few years ago and joined the army, but I have about 9 months left and now my time off is getting better than it used to be (4 days off a month but it should soon be better).
Anyways I reinstalled the game a few weeks back but anytime I click anything the buttons become 0,1,2,3, and so on until 9 and it goes back to 0 no matter what button I click. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

As in when I click w to move forward it's just the 0 button and than if I click w again it becomes 1 and than if I hit it again it becomes 2 and so on. Pretty much everything is the number keys starting from 0 and anytime you hit the button again it becomes 1 and keeps on going like this.
And liquid I remember you to buddy, it's cool to see the renegade community is still going on. This is def one of the best games I've played, I can't say for any game that I've ever played it so long and still could go back to playing it and not be bored.

I've reinstalled the game but to no avail. Also I've pressed default on the controls and it's done nothing. Other games on my computer work fine when I try them. It's just renegade, even when I was installing the game it had this problem; as in when I was installing the game and it needed the serial number it did this and I just had to keep backspacing until it got the right number.

Yeah, it sounds like you have w bound to mousewheelup or mousewheeldn. Does pressing the 'default' button in the config menu fix it?
