A coworker of mine and some people are creating a large online gaming website, and they need someone good at web-design to create their main page. This person should be familiar with php and be ready to show examples of their work. Like I said I work with this person, and I can assure you this project is not just for fun and will not be half-assed. They are totally serious in creating what looks to me a potentially very popular site. Here is the info he gave me:

csbets.com is an attempt at the first major online betting site for pro e-sports. It will use a system of fake money(tokens) to take bets and produce dynamic real time odds on matches and bets. Prizes (real prizes) will be awarded every month for top token holders. The prizes will be provided through partnerships with gaming companies looking for some publicity on their products. The userbase we are marketing to is about 100k strong at least. Based on the number of registered users at major e-sports sites like http://www.gotfrag.com and http://www.sogamed.com. Possible partnerships with those sites to provide e-sports entertainment is very possible and has been discussed. About 80% of the backend php code has been written and we have a web host that is giving us everything we need to get up and going and stay up. We already have a hand picked staff for most of operations that will happen on csbets.com. The bottleneck up to this point has been a good layout. We need somebody who is willing to put in some volenteer time to create a workable layout and somebody who hopefully shares an interest in e-sports.

The site is obviously geared towards CounterStrike, which as we all know has a huge fan base. They will expand to include other games if the popularity is there.

If you are interested in working on this, please reply with your contact info. This is a serious project, professionals only please. Be prepared to show examples of your work. I imagine the ideal person would be someone who is familiar with the online gaming world and has experience designing cool-looking websites. Experience with php is a huge plus.

That sounds really really kick ass.. but i aint that good with php and all that stuff lol. If they needed any help with anything dealen with cs i could help i dont knwo waht but id like too.
