I want to change the color of my windows stuff.
Not everything seems to be changeable, from the advanced menu. Is there any way to further change my windows colors aside from advanced settings in the personalizations(sp) menu?

Since you didn't specify an OS I am going to assume Windows 7;

Control Panel -> Personalization -> Window Color -> Pick one
