Some of the C&C3 sound files are pretty good, too. I believe there are some "incoming transmission" sound waves if you have it installed and have the BIG file editor.
Here:
The first is the original I found, and the second is one I adjusted the loudness of to match the loudness of the stock notification and ringtones on my HTC EVO 3D.

This is a neat idea.... I might use it as well. Getting kinda tired of my Metroid "Item Acquired" one.
