^, I also need someone to check if it has the registry key "InstallPath" directly under this path so it looks like:

<TFD RENEGADE REGISTRY PATH\InstallPath

Long time and well respected Renegade community member, programmer, modder and tester.

If it's a 64bit OS, the path should be HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Westwood\Renegade

32bit OS, it should just be HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Westwood\Renegade

InstallPath would be right there for both.

Yes, I am running Win7 64bit so I can confirm the first one, the second one I already knew from previously running Win7 32bit and searching around this forum a bit just to confirm it.

A Python support plugin for SSGM, but that's not what's this for. It's for a Scripts 3.4.4 installer being written by someone else that has some extra stuff that the one from game-maps.net doesn't have and none of the bugs.
