So long I have ignored this thing in the background just taking it for being there... but what is it?
Kind of looks like blueprints for the single player map with the prison start.
Jamie is a guys name in Europe...

This is the cover of a book i bought ages ago, it was published in 2001, and as you can see the cover contains the same thing as what appears in the renegade menu.
So i'm doubting it's the ion cannon schematics

edit: if you look closely, looks like WW edited/added lines and letters here and there to the original design from the book.
