Where can I find them? Microsoft's prices seem a lil high for myself... A guy I used to work with told me about a website where he bought them, but I can't remember the name, something like discountmspoints[.com]... IDK.
I stumbled across this place http://cheap360livepoints.com/ which seems to have awesome prices, but I'd rather have a code emailed to me... the sending of a card seems kinda odd and I am not sure I can trust them.
I figured I'd ask here since I can get a better answer than google hell filled with assholes scamming people.

Lol, that site you linked to is definately a scam. You're not buying points, you're buyin a live account with points on it, and they "recommend" you use all the points withing 24 hours. Definately something shifty going on there.
To be honest, you're probably not going to find points anywhere too cheap.

Also I went ahead and bought from the website that sells preloaded accounts or whatever, been a few days now and still have 2800 points left. So far if I lose those 2800 points for whatever reason, I still got a good deal on the 7200 that I have spent. So meh... no worries on scamming. Only downside is I would have rather had the points on my gold account for purchasing a few avatar items (MW2 riot shield lols), and I have to keep the account that the points are on to use the map packs... No problem just changed the gamer tag and passwords and use it as a guest profile.
So if you want 10,000 MS points for cheap and don't mind having another profile (can have up to 32) I'd recommend it at this point.
Edit: Also google checkout with buyer protection...
