I Have a Firewall, but he already hacked my computer, I think, he knows, my Ip, What Operating system I have, what version of IE I have. And my internet service provider. How would I find his IP, and ISP?

You don't have to hack anyone to find out what their IP is, or what OS they use, or what is their version of IE.
If you're on IRC with him, just type in "/dns NAMEHERE" and hit enter, it will figure out his IP.

Admins of most forums can see you IP, he wont be able to hack you... sounds like a idiot to me, there isnt much you can do with someones IP anyone unless your a Uber hacker l337 dude.

Well, he can, he hacked SDS...With the help of se7en, a well known coder who is also a hacker.
By registering to the Arm-ENT forums earlier, you gave him the oppurtunity to use your IP adress, and so he'll do.
Maybe he's just kidding, maybe he isn't.
But he'll always be a moron.
