Only the 8 servers I've listed have migrated over. Any other servers that don't update their IP will have games not listed on the ladder until they update their hosts file. Spread the word!

It was always that way, all players start out with 10,000 points every month. Westwood originally designed it that way, I assume they did it like that to prevent players from ending up with a total ladder amount that is below zero.
It does make me wonder how close anyone has ever gotten to zero or if they've ever gone below it.

I dont really follow this? As far as I can see rankings are still determined by ladderpoints.

It is not determined by end-game points. But yes, you start with 10,000 ladder points every month, and yes, people have gone below 0, but it may have been from those servers who send bad data.

That's very possible. The new server runs a newer version of MySQL and it broke the way I formulate the rankings table. I haven't been able to figure out how to fix it yet.
