Obvious steps:
Have you tried reconnecting the wires?
Have you tried twisting the connections when they're plugged in? (Just rotate the plug end a little bit in it's slot)
Have you tried playing whatever music you have from a different source? I.e CD / Mp3.

Yes, I assure you, the speakers wrok, connected to correct ones, etc, and i know sorry for all post, iv been really looking into all of this but i need a little help, anywyas I can take ss if you guys need help understanding whatim telling u
