I was going to post on the issue but found this instead... oddly enough it works... but now i am curious if anyone can tell me ideas of why it works

I don't know, but if you have even more problems disable visual themes.

On my windows 7 computer, Opening Screen Resolution window and then running Starcraft does not help at all.

I didn't read that post but I'm running Windows 7 and Starcraft 2 works just fine, haven't seen one problem yet.

Yes, opening it in background does not do anything.

Yes, opening it in background does not do anything.

I guess it would make sense if it didnt work for ALL computers, theres a comment about it not working if i remember correctly didnt read to see if it was answered

Ive had it work without the screen resolution thing before. and it doesnt really effect in game aside from the water so i dont see why it would be a major issue
