can anyone recommend a good anime?
iv seen naruto, bleach, fma, ghost in the shell and hellsing.
they are excellent and I am looking for anything of that style (particularly like bleach)

I liked 2nd Gig sooooo much better than the original series.
As for suggestions... it is hard to really say without knowing your own likes.
My personal favorite is Neon Genesis Evangelion, however watching that series is like doing drugs... without the drugs.
Another one of my favorites is the FMP seriess.
Full Metal Panic. (No relation to Fullmetal Alchemist) It is about a secret organization called Mithril, which is an organization of Mercenaries that are like international peace keepers. They don't align themselves to any one country, and the faculty is of different origins.
The story is about the anti-social Sergent Sousuke Sagara, who has lived his entire life on the battlefield. Him and his team are assigned to protect a school girl named Kaname Chidori. His team members Sergent Curtz Webber (Sniper), and Sergent Major Melissa Mao (team leader) work the background while Sagara is to infiltrate the school and become a classmate of Chidori's.
Kaname isn't supposed to know that she is being watched. However because of Sagara's anti-social personality, he doesn't know how to cope in a civilian environment and one accident leads to another accident and also leaves some misguided accusations.
Over all, Full Metal Panic is a Military, Mecha, Romantic, Comedy type anime. There are 3 series. The first series (Full Metal Panic!)is 24 Episodes long. The second (Full Metal Panic? FUMOFFU) is 12 (I think) episodes long. And the third (Full Metal Panic! The Second Raid) is 13 episodes long.
The 1st and second series are the action series, the second one is more of a school base comedy.
It is still a good show and I suggest you watch it.

Blah. That is retarded just like most of the new anime. Stuff like Dragon ball Z is good. The old YuGiOhs were good. Me and my brother used to go over to a friends house when were littler. Him and his younger brother (coincidentally our ages) introduced us to cartoon network and that thing that they had at 4 to 6. Back in the early 00s it had good anime, now just crap is on it.
