My first job was in a resturant where half the kitchen was high or drunk at work on a regular basis. The truck crew would meet in a cadillac in the parking lot to get high, then unload the truck. All the managers knew what was up in that car, a lot of times they would walk out there and talk to them. Granted it is not the best idea for a bunch of stoned people to push dollys through the kitchen it worked out.

I know it is not many people's dream to work in a resturant, but tbh that place was awesome to work at. Wasn't the best money, but it was enough to live on.
