can i use skins for The First Decade version of Renegade? if yes, please tell me where is my data folder because i have 3, one is Westwood under the C: drive, the second one is Westwood under C:/Program Files and it has 2 data folders and the third is a folder named "Renegade", and is under C:/Program Files/The First Decade. note that the folders i mentioned above have a data folder, so nothing is wrong with the folders, i just need the location of The First Decade's data folder. if i cannot use skins for The First Decade version of Renegade, just reply, "no"

Common places for the Data folder to be located.
C:\Westwood\Renegade\Data\..
C:\Program Files\Westwood\Renegade\Data\..
C:\Program Files\EA Games\The First Decade\Command and Conquer(tm) Renegade\Data\..
You put the skins into the data folder here, depending on what renegade you're using. To find out what renegade you're using (and where it is located), right click the shortcut (either on the deskop, or in the start menu) and select Properties. In the Shortcut tab, you should have a Target box and a Start in box. The Target will show you exactly where the file this shortcut is is located, and the Start In box usually contains the folder that file is contained in. Install the skin packs into the data folder which this shortcut is refrencing to.

i think skins for The First Decade version will never work, there is no attack bike in my Renegade, which means the skins are for some other kind of Renegade:(

By default, Renegade has the attack cycle, you just cannot buy it from the normal purchase list. You will have to use the extras presets list, which i've forgotten the code for. Search the forums for the code.

anyone know how do i activate the code and what is the code? i can't find it anywhere on the forums:(

oh.. i'm curios too, there should be an attack bike as Nod only has 1 Chameleon but GDI has Pickup Truck and Sedan.. but i watched a video on youtube they could play on maps with attack bikes, what if it's only available on the single Renegade? because if you're using the single Renegade and i'm using The Frist Decade Renegade.. where the hell can i find the attack bike? but if you're using The First Decade Renegade, then maybe only the single Renegade has the attack bike.. btw, how do you get SSM launcher vehicles?

Jus clearing something up here.
TFD and Rene have almost identical files in the always.dat. If you've patched your renegade properly, then you DO have the attack bike, it can only be sellected on some fan maps tho, such as tiberium redux.
