If it's just a regular ol' burger, ketchup and mustard (though I'm weird and put the ketchup directly on the patty and the mustard on the top bun before putting them together. I think it tastes better for some reason).

I like my burger with ketchup, mustard, lettuce and tomato. I try not to eat beef at a fast food place though, because the patties at McDonalds, Burger King, and other places tend to be flimsy and greasy. I'd only eat a burger at a place that grills thick patties, like Harvey's or at a sit down restaurant.

Both.

Here, they ask if you want anything held, and if no, then they assume you want it all (ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, etc)

At least most are not like Chick-fil-a and they charge more for everything extra (lettuce, tomato, onion etc)

I don't like regular mustard on anything. But Honey Mustard goes great with chicken.

Sometimes when I order a side of guns I like to take those guns and put them on my burger.

Tastes good man.
