Well I recently aquired broadband today (Yay!) and I'm loving it dearly! But there is one major problem that shouldn't be happening.
Whenever someone picks up the phone in my house or someone calles, it kills the broadband connection. It's so bizzar. I called Tech Support and they said that they may not be all the wa finished setting up my connection... whatever the heck that means. I mean, I even checked all around for extra phone jacks that I may have missed putting a filter on. But there are no more.
So is it possible that they may not be done optimizing my connection? Or are there some settings that I can mess with?
I'm really happy that I got broadband, but I'm not too happy about this problem.
Yes, I do have all the filters plugged into my phone jacks correctly. I'm already assuming that it's a problem with an external filter but I just don't know.
Can anyone help?
WHATEVER, FAGGOT
