wrong phone calls [message #420670]

sometimes some random guys call me and ask "who I am". so I ask them who they are then they tell me who they are. then I tell them that they dialed the wrong number but not tell them who I am so they get like WTF then hung up. any of you guys have such stories like this?

That is almost as bad as when you get of those phone calls that go something like: "Our records show that you are paying high interest on your credit card, this is a last chance to change that..."

Yeah great, but they always forget to mention whose credit card they want to steal, so I assume that they mean my cats credit card! Or maybe they mean the one that my doorknob uses! you never know.

Also, I have been receiving some random friend requests on MSN messenger, but I made a rule about those: I ask them a question and if they don't respond within 10 minutes, they get deleted and blocked forever.

When I get a wrong number cal l me, they usually say "Hi, can I talk to ____" which lets me know it's a wrong number, and they're usually apologetic when I tell them.

I've also had a few voice messages about my "bank accounts", but the recordig audio is so bad it tips me off real fast and I just delete it. I couldn't block that because they changed their number everytime.
