Hi all,
Never believed this day will come but here it is. The past couple weeks I just realized that I no longer enjoy the game as I used to. I have felt this way before only to return a week or so later but this time it is sadly different and I am afraid this is it.
Just wanted to say it was a very good 3 years and I enjoyed the game a lot. It no longer thrills me anymore I am sad to say.
It was a lot of fun for me as this was the first game I ever played online. I remember the exciting "firsts" in Ren for me as I started playing, then got the hang of the game, then played and played till I got to do something in-game I enjoyed, joining a clan, learning how to skin (lol)...slowly all the glamour has decreased and now the game itself nolonger appeals to me.
It was a nice time at the forums as well as this was the first ever forum I ever signed up in. And I got to meet a lot of friends and get exposed to many new ideas as well. Great things.
Just am done with the game and I felt it would be nice to say goodbye to the forum folks here as I frequented Renforums everyday almost the past 3 years. I hope you all have a great time in the years to come and I wish good for the game.
To all my close friends here whom I got to know a lot the past years and those who trusted me as friends do, I say a very sincere thank you for everything and all your help.

The others are right, in my 8 years of Renegade, I've left and came back many times. Sometimes I'd leave for a couple months, then load it up one day and remember why I love the game so much. Taking breaks is good because it keeps the game fresh, but yeah, there really aren't many games out there that keep you hooked years at a time.

Yeah thats true. I have my breaks every now and again so I can spend more time enjoying my other activities.
But since it is so easy to run Renegade and drop into a AOW game anytime it can virtually be played at anytime such as 40 min before you go out.
Hope to see you ingame or on these forums sometime or another.
