Jellyserver forces Rengaurd, but gives me black screen. [message #418891]

Recruit

Just recently Jellyserver has forced me to d/l Rengaurd. I downloaded and installed it but every time I run Renegade I get audio but no video - just a black screen. Is this an issue regarding my graphics driver or what?

Jellyserver/n00bstories is one of the last servers up and running. Someone please help Sad

Or update your directx to version 9 then reinstall the scripts. (worked 4 me) Wink

It couldn't have been Jelly that forced you to use RG.

We have disabled and have not used RenGuard in over 3 years.

There's still a few servers that run RG.

But only for varies commands like: !showmods, !rank etc.

Server's that I can remember that still use it: gng sniper serv, wnx server, n00bstories, wittebolx. All I can remember Huh

Thank you guys for the help - it was the scripts that needed to be reinstalled. And you're right it wasn't jelly server it was n00bstories that forced Rengaurd.
