On my old pc i had a custom driver for my mouse that i editted the scroll speed from, but im using windows 7 on my new comp and the scroll speed for the scope is very slow and the weapons scroll is normal.

I went into the control panel mouse options and sped up the scroll but nothing changed. Wondering if anyone else had this problem with windows 7 and knows of a way to fix it
