im trying to create my own skins for renegade but whenever i load up xcc mixer and go on "found" it finds absoultely nothing. im thinking its because i am using TFD and its not in my westwood directory but im not sure. however, recently i load up xcc mixer and it freezes instantly , i cant fix it , uninstalling/reinstalling doesnt help. i am running windows vista home premium 64 bit. wtf. plz halp.
is there another program i can use that does the same thing as xcc mixer or can someone please help me fix it?

i never had to deal with that but mine auto runs as admin for some reason. so run it as admin. as for it finding nothing did you open Always.dat with xcc. thats where all the .dds .w3d etc... is.
and if its opening the wrong file... the only way i dealt with that is going through the files through xcc. C:\westwood\renegade\data.
