You download gmax by going here: http://www.discreet.com (under products->Gmax->downloads)

Than you download the Renx gamepack for Gmax by going here: ftp://ftp.westwood.com/pub/renegade/tools/ (RenegadeToolsInstaller2.exe)

You can also download the art and resource/buildings/etc. used in Renegade from that folder for your map(s) or whatever for Renegade.

i already tried that stuff i didn't like it but i was online and some wol had something called renegade editor and yuo can change the purchase terminal

You can download 'skins' for the purchase terminals, you don't need an editor to do that.
