You have absolutly no idea what you are speaking about.
The site is down for 3months now, ofcourse google doesnt index it nomore.

You're a downright liar and should therefore be banned. If a domain expires it can EASILY be registered again. How do you think domain hijacking takes place? People wait for it to be unregistered, for example when someone doesn't automatically renew it directly, and the moment it expires they buy the domain, to later sell it again (for shit loads of money) to the original owner who was just not paying attention.
Also, you're saying that google deletes the pagerank when the DNS expires. Then you're saying of course google doesn't index it any more when the site is down for 3 months. A site that's down does NOT HAVE A PAGERANK. You, however, smart as you think you are, set the domain to the website of your hoster, which DOES have the high pagerank only to be able to claim that your domainname has the high pagerank. Which is a blatant lie. The hosters website has a pagerank of 3 (supposedly, as it cannot be verified).
Therefore we can conclude that you're trying to sell your domain for 2,5/12*7=33,6 times the normal price of 7 euros (which you can find even cheaper!)
I say ban the conman and lock this topic!
