I'm not sure how this is ironic, comm wars generally seem to be a handful of players these days. And as for "producing" players... last I heard players playing in comm wars were volunteers to represent their respective communities and play some good matches... not "produced".

The organizers of comm wars frequently bend over backwards to make it happen and dedicated players showing up are a real treat and rare to have in any community. When you figure out how to "produce" them let us know.
