Yeah theres no presets. i run vista 64 bit and the first decade version of renegade. What do i do?

Start -> Run -> regedit

Then navigate to:
HKLM -> Software -> Westwood -> Renegade

Then find the key called:
InstallPath

Change its content to the folder where your Renegade's Game.exe is located

It didnt work heres my install path
C:\Program Files (x86)\EA Games\Command & Conquer The First Decade\Command & Conquer Renegade\Renegade\Game.exe

Add (tm) right after Command & Conquer Renegade, it should look like this:

C:\Program Files (x86)\EA Games\Command & Conquer The First Decade\Command & Conquer Renegade(tm)\Renegade\Game.exe

Why doesn't someone just sticky a thread on how to fix the LE presets problem for TFD. That way there isn't 100 more threads titled something like "no presets in LE".

I did have a tutorial walkthrough of fixing the LE presets on renhelp.net, but during the move it was lost. I do still have the images, and i think google web cache has the text, so i might reupload it again.
