Even for runescape there are autobots, so no doubt if there are hacks for ut3.

You can't skin in RenX because UT3 doesn't allow it. The way the game is built wont allow for custom player textures, you would need to create your own model to use a certain skin and then host it for it to work.
Btw, it's out now and filled to the rim with people. It's totally chaotic. Good fun.

Yeah, I was on all day today. One of the official servers got up to 60 players at one point. Glad to have seen a lot of forum people there.

I'm guessing you go to download things, and then partway through the download you find the file, run it, and wonder why it doesn't work.
