Is there any way to mass-extract files from always.dat instead of 1 by 1?

I use RenegadeEx to extract files from always.dat, an it can extract many at once.

Mixer has 3 columns. Pull out the middle one and navigate to where you want the files extracted to. Then navigate to always.dat or whatever and select all the files and then choose "Copy" and it'll extract them all into where you have the middle column located.

True, but one small note. It might look like XCC Mixer stops working, but if you wait a short while it will start responding again, and you'll see that all files have been copied.

RenegadeEX is best for searching for a file name or extracting files.

XCC mixer shows more data, but RenegadeEx is the best for when you already know what you want to extract. Thumbs Up
