So if you were in a losing team in round one, you can join another team just like that?
Seems rather strange and unfair to me. I thought that the reserves where there to catch up people that can't show up as you have to play more then one match.
For example; SoQ won from NE, fact. But if NE bribes us we can fill in their teammembers in our roster? xD

Read the very first post announcing the tournament and you will find that communities can submit different rosters each round(to give more members of their community a chance to play) or can stick with the same roster the whole tournament.
Also once a player plays for a community they may only play for that community the rest of the tournament.
