Mine are disabled?

I got 2 emails saying I have PM's here, but I can't veiw them... I was wondering if there was any particular reason mine are disabled and can they be turned back on?

That really doesn't make much sense... wouldn't it be preferable, in her position, to let them down talk n00bstories in a place were no one else sees it?

Instead, she's forcing it out in the open..
