Uhhh, so it doesnt matter if u lose?
I know its late for this tounry but wouldnt it make sense to have two separate brackets (for the future)
Main Bracket
Consolation Bracket(only for communites that lose their first game and losers after that would just be eliminated)

Let me try and explain this as clear as possible. This is a double elimination tournament. Means there needs to be a winners and losers bracket and everybody is guaranteed at least 2 games. Also whoever comes out of the losers bracket into the championship game has to beat the winners bracket champion twice to win the tournament. That is why there is a second match on field which would only be played if the winners champion lost the first championship match.

It's quite simple, when a community gets eliminated twice, they're completely gone. The first time they get eliminated, they're moved to the lower bracket, with everyone else that lost their match, and they play against each other. Eventually, the winner of the main bracket plays against the 'winner' of the lower (losers) bracket.
If the team in the main bracket loses that match, it will be their first loss, just like the 'winner' of the lower bracket. In this case, there will be another match between these two to determine the winner of the tournament.
Basically, if you never lose, you go in a straight line and if you lose once, you have to make your up again without ever losing a match.
