Nobody understands techno - except ravers, which is a group of superweirdos nobody should associate with. Do you really want to know how you can put 60 GB of music into 324234 sub-categories? Just enjoy the tracks that are currently poppin in the clubs (mostly electro & house anyway) and stop trying to understand the 34234324 sub-categories idiotic ravers have made up.

Yeah, because the stuff they play in clubs is good... Sarcasm The best techno tracks are usually pretty hard to find. Knowing what kind of techno you actually like is pretty handy.

lol, no. Next to going out I like to listen to some music myself at home. They don't play the best stuff at clubs, they just play commercial tracks and that's fine with me. It's danceable and fun but still I like to listen to some tracks I REALLY like at home.

Oh well, not my cup of tea, but I believe it's still easier to find out which artists you actually like and start from there instead of trying to figure out the categories - there are just too many and they're confusing to 99% of the population Whats That .

Yeah, it is really confusing, but I guess that's just human's nature. I guess we feel the need to put everything in a box... Anyway, the guide is pretty funny at times and the music samples are pretty awesome.

i wish we could switch our clubs for yours, the garbage they play here (t-pain, lil wayne, whatthefuckever) is a disgrace

edit - ok i am completely mystified at how 99 percent of the shit on that techno.org site is terrible, so never mind what i said earlier, i dont know what's worse... probably still t-pain though.

depends on which day of the week it is...most of the time it's a mix of house, electro and t-wayne...black music is less common is the more upscale clubs, but you can choose to go to the :-(|) club where that's all they play...only black/hispanic/wigger military and fat white broads hoping to get knocked up go there, tho.. ;\

Combichrist are pretty awesome, although they're Aggrotech. But I've raved to them before at my favourite Goth nightclub.
