ok i found renlist and now i can play ren again
so im back.
i wanted to modle a bit on my new pc
and installed renegadepublictools
but how i can open renx again? Blush

yes i have gamx registered

if u have gmax installed u should just be able to click on the renX icon in ur renegade public tools folder and it should open

When renegade goes Wub, it never goes back

(or at least until I re-install renegade anyways)

when i click on the icon
there appears a message that my pc cant find a file with the name :
renx.ink

Make sure you installed the Renx plugin with rentools installer.

Then it should be located at gmax/gamepacks/westwood/Renx

it is there
but i just took the old gmax from my old pc
must i re-download it to get renx work??

I would advice to reinstall it. I never tried copy and pasting Gmax/renx around.

yeah, reinstall gmax. Be careful, for me gmax wants to install at C:\gmax\ whereas RPT expects it to be in C:\Program Files\gmax so make sure they match.
