hey guys well i have been dealing with this for a while now.ok when i am fighting someone on renegade like sniping and this happens on some server if not most. when im fighting them there like warping everywhere and makes it hard to hit them also sometimes theres a delay when i shoot someone it takes about an extra second to register the shot. also sometimes when i shoot someone it doesnt even register the shot. i do have a new computer but its 4x better than my old one and i have the same internet connection when i ran my old computer and it was smooth. does anyone have a solution?

Sounds like packet loss. Check if it also happens overday. Some ISP's have "traffic jams" at evenings, giving you bad lag because they put too many customers on one "hub".
Also try to run a winmtr test (http://winmtr.sourceforge.net/) towards the ip of the server u mostly play on and post it here, so we can check if there is packet loss and where.
