Recruit

are there still always people playing renegade?

I used to play renegade about 2 years ago until my computer crashed and regaurd wouldnt work with it anymore but i want to know that all the problems with rengaurd are gone and that rengade will patch by itself and that people still play it

renegade should work with renguard now pretty good i think.. as for players, there's always ppl playin renengade

so does anyone have a website for a download of the scripts for renegade because apparently the ones that rg has you get are corrupted

I don't really see the point of Renguard anymore...

It only stops the really stupid cheaters. Everyone else who wants to cheat can easily bypass it..

Now that, on top of it's client issues (like it exiting Renegade every 10 mins) just make it annoying.

My advise would be to just play stock Renegade. Don't load it up on mods, like Renguard, unless you are fully prepared to deal with all the negative affects that they bring.

Most servers no longer require Renguard anymore, nor do people (or most people, I should say) care that you aren't running Renguard. Therefore, the smartest thing to do, in your case, would to just play Renegade on its own. Don't bother with Renguard.

Cheat protection will come in time with the new patch that's being made.

ok thanks all i got it working but one last question

i got the login working and can get to the server page but then it says no games found when i am almost positive that at least the noobstories server is up does anyone know how to fix this

That pretty much means you've entered a login that is in use or you entered the wrong password.
