I have been wanting to put some screenshots in place of some PT
Icons and the one i have tried so far just turned black and
there was no pic what can i do to make it work? Dont Get It

make sure the pt icon is 128x128 and u should be fine

make sure ur compressing with DXT1 (no alpha channel)

just make a screenshot of the unit you want
then take the pt icon file and paste the ss to it
make it same size and then save it with pt icon file name as DXT 1 no alpha
and you have a new pt icon
