I run Windows XP
and my computer always freezes.
It either freezes on boot up
or when windows is on its loading screen
or when ive been on it for five minutes to two hours
its really making me mad.

Have you added any new hardware to it(wireless card, ram, etc)?
When did this start, a long time ago or just recently?

You can go into safe mode and try system restore.
If nothing else works that is.

Try updating your drivers?

Also, what are your general specs for your system?

Dual Core? Quaddy? Or single core?
Amount of RAM?
Amount of HDD Space? Brand of HDD?
Graphics/Video card brand and series model?

If you haven't added any new hardware/software, it might be your hard drive failing, especially if you've had it for a few years (5ish) or leave your computer on 24/7.
