1.)You use Hamatichai or you could host a WOL game set it for 2 player and he could join aswell.
2.)C:\Westwood\Renegade\Data ----> Edit skirmish.in and add MapName= to whatever. Or just rename the other map to Skirmish00

Thnks alot . I tryed play with friend over Hamachi and we donn't see each others room in the lobby I mean when he open a room i dont see any game in the lobby ...I have 1.037 and we in the same server in hamachi

It might just be best for one of you to start an online game for 2 (or more) that is passworded.
When you create a game the option to put a password in will be there somewhere.

listen, im totaly new in all the renegade network games stuff so please try to explain it simply, how do i play Renegade by network?
i'll tell you everything that me and my friend did already:
we both installed the game with patch 1.037
i downloaded mine but my friend got it orginal.
we both have hamachi and we dont know how to go no...
thanks for helping my friend.

ooh, i get it now.. you people dont like all the warez stuff arent you?
if that would make you take it easier, im planning to buy TFD soon, but now i got no money for it..
until then, i just want to play against my friend that already got TFD orginal..

Well NO WAREZ is one of the main rules here that is taken very serisouly but why don't you guys host a LAN game, because you have a stolen copy of renegade you probably will not be able to play on WOL because you do not have a vaild serial.
Also you could however play on gamespy thought.
