Okay so my laptop SATA 120 GB harddrive starts up fine and I can install some games and just do normal stuff. But when I install Renegade or copy some files or other installing and stuff I get horrible clicking noise from my harddrive and I get the BSOD. So I tried chkdsk /r inside of CMD and when it got down to stage 5 (fixing freespace) it did the same thing and I got the BSOD. So what is the issue.

Also do you think $64.18 is a good price of a 160GB notebook harddrive?

I would think it obvious but clicking = very bad. That drive is on its way out. I wouldn't store anything important on that hard drive.

As for the price a little more spec info would be helpful.

I don't know what you use your laptop for so it might not matter but that isn't the greatest drive. The price though really isn't to bad.

Disassemble your HDD and check if there are physical errors.

Click-o-Death!

Talk to your laptop's manufacturer (whatever at spelling) and get a replacement harddrive..or send your laptop in for maintence and have them replace it for you.
