Hey is there anyway one of you can make this sniper rifle
as a ramjet for me

Why? No one is making any profit off of it, they are just using it because they like the way it looks.

Do you realize how many model replacements are rips from games like Half-Life, Counter Strike, Call of Duty, ect.

Ripping the models and putting them into another game, without distributing it to make profit, is the same as simply talking about the weapon in a conversation. You aren't doing anything illegal.
