No, but I believe there's probably some form of higher power in the universe.
2. How did you come to this conclusion?
Simply through studying the ideas of different religions and atheists throughout time.
3. What does a god come off as in your opinion?
A completely omnipotent being with free will that influences things at any time.

Chance and free will.

Get a job and become a functional member of society.

Look around at every other person on Earth.
7. Are you satisfied right now with who and where you are?
Yes.
8. From what do you find most satisfaction?
Being together with friends!
9. Why do you find most satisfaction from that?
It can be relaxing or plain fantastic in that you can let off steam and enjoy your time together.
10. Do you ever doubt who you are?
Nope.
