I've never noticed the Nod Rifles being weaker than the GDI ones.

I always thought the reason people say GDI rifles are better are becuase Nod have slightly
bigger heads and are easier to kill than the GDI soldiers.

nod soldiers do 5 bodyshot damage
25 headshot
they also have bigger heads

gdi soldiers do 7 bodyshot damage
35 headshot

pretty gud hitg3k, pretty gud
