Renegade LEVEL EDIT ERROR [message #380494]

Ok, I downloaded Renegade Level Edit...

When i launch it, there is absolutely NO presets...

if i click NEW and hit OK

my desktop gets enlarged as if its 800x600 then returns to normal with the normal Level Edit box saying Loading preset library

In _editor log it says cannot find or load sunhalo.tga

then automaticly disapears and i get this message...

Your Renegade registry entries are incorrect; Either use the Renegade serial number changer (version 1.1, stick in General Discussion, look near the end of the topic) or reinstall Renegade.

If you installed Renegade via The First Decade (or Sagas) then you will have to edit your registry manually for it to work. You can't just reinstall it because you will have the same problem.

That could have been the problem, but i highly doubt it, leveledit didnt want to run because my framework.net was screwed up, i uninstalled a gamemaker that shared some windows files.. and basicly deleted them.. so i just did a system restore to factory and it works fine now.. Smile
