UNRULES - Newmaps, theres alot of pole that you can temwork with but theres are also some noobs whicha rent really many. Im mod there, dont worry mods there arent that bad.
Dont play atomix or noobstories,noobles , these servers are retarded and full of noobs that scream "cheater" everytime u hs their havoc with pistol.

I find that the best teamwork is on fan maps.
Unfortunatly most of the Renegade community do not play fan maps at the moment.

unrules is stupid. once i got forcerged because i killed a sakura with my apc, and that guy was a mod. he pissed off for nothing. its just he was so fucking stupid to find a cover and protect himself.
thomasemperor was a mod there long time ago, and he was doing his job pretty good.

If you have a regular server where you 'know' some people, usually just getting buds on TeamSpeak is good for teamplay.

Best place? Dunno really. Community matches aren't that frequent. Clanwars..you'd obviously want to join a clan. 
But if you're interested in public gaming with teamplayers TheKOSs2 - BI AOW server usually has maybe 6-10 people on TS during evenings (European time). Of course, because it's a public server, there's bound to be some n00bies in it as well, though.
(and TK2 as well as BI both recruit peeps every now and then)
