Hi there. I am in big need of some help. What is the file name for the laser chain gun and laser rifle's laser beam?
I have SO badly been wanting to change the color of the laser beam.
I have not seen any skins to do so.
So I am going to try and skin it myself.

There are settings for the beam color give in an X Y Z setting but I don't think it is RGB. Play around with the settings and see what you get.

Yeah it sems strange but it says Beam Color: X= Y= Z= I don't know if it as a mistake or what but it does change it's color. Ask [REHT]Spirit, he will say the same too. You can find this setting under Munitions > Ammo > LaserChainGun It's on the settings tab when you click "mod" The W3d has no apparent effect on the color of th beam for some reason. Try numbers like X=142 Y= 12 Z=909 or something and play around with them.

Photoshop with the DDS plugin. Trust me that file won't do it. It is a coded color, ask Dante as he was the one who changed the lasers color before a few months ago.

Oh wait.
I found it on the level editor.
So after I temp it what do I do with it?
Are you sure this will allow the beam color to be used online?
EDIT: Never mind I've given up
