From Battlestar Wiki:
"The Kodiak, the command ship of the Global Defence Initiative (GDI) faction from the computer game Command & Conquer: Tiberian Sun is seen among the fleet in one establishing shot."
Now you tell me that Westwood's C&C hasn't had an impact on Science Fiction.....

Loved it and will miss it

I been so liking that show ever since I saw the commercials for it WAY back in 2003. It's been an awesome show and we will never see such a show like it for quite some time.

It's not the first time a ship from another sci-fi universe has made its way into BSG... this is pretty cool, though. I hadn't caught it when I saw the episode.
"Arms discourage and keep the invader and plunderer in awe, and preserve order in the world as well as property. Horrid mischief would ensue were (the law-abiding) deprived of the use of them." - Thomas Paine
Remember, kids: illiteracy is cool. If you took the time to read this, you are clearly a loser who will never get laid. You've been warned.

so say we all. wrote on Mon, 30 March 2009 05:25 | I think that Season 3 was the weakest overall. the first 4 or so and the last ~5 were ok, but the rest of season 3 was basically just killing time without advancing plot OR character.
|
The series went down after the second season. The producers lost the plot and decided to make new storylines as they went along.
The ending left behind far too many unanswered questions and incomplete sub-plots. It was a quick way out and the show could not have had another season because they managed to squeeze everything they can out of it and were basically running on fumes in the final season.
But I think it was not THAT bad of an ending. And it was a damn good show despite it's [few] shortcomings.
