Here's a simple, yet awesome skin. It makes the stealth tank blue, and the stealth effect is solid blue. Great thing about my stealth effect, it doesn't map onto itself close up like others do, however it does farther away.
Update: Tail Lights, Rockets, & Windshield changed to red.

Any skin can have an advantage in it. You could tell he didn't make the skin for an advantage :/ It wouldn't make much of a difference in a game either...

Except for the "Barely there" stealth skin. That's more of a disadvantage skin.

Yet that skin, which for some reason I had - I think.., looks kinda nice.

you know, it would be really bad ass to make a stealth skin that looked like the predator's stealth. too bad that'd probably require a objects.ddb

Well, it's OKAY, but honestly I feel it'd be wrong to say too much about it since it is just a recolor. Next time put some moar work into making the individual pieces of the tank remain darker, etc, instead of making it look like it simply drove through a waterfall of light blue paint.
