I think something you're writing has a memory leak!
What the hell is using 2.36 GB of RAM???

Well, when I had that info grab, I was running one copy of OS-X in vmware, around 3 copies of Visual Studio 2008, one copy of Photoshop CS4, and Media Player Classic playing The Dark Night in 1080p on the second monitor. I'm surprised I had 1.64gb of free RAM

So you have three heads or 6 sets of eyes?
Presence is a curious thing, if you think you need to prove it... you probably never had it in the first place.

3.16Ghz Dual Core E8500
4gb RAM
1TB+ Hard Drive Space
2x GeForce 9800GTX+ in SLI
Windows XP x64 SP3 MCE Edition
I would post my connection speed but I'm download some important Lost episodes off of Usenet right now and that would damper the results. (God forbid I pause Lost episodes). My connection is 10mb though, 1024k down a second.

I'm on a 2.5Mbps Qwest VDSL line here. It's the fastest we can get until we move somewhere else. 2.5Mbps just kills me when I need 20Mbps!
Computer Specs
Core2Quad 6600 (2.4Ghz)
4GB 1333MHZ Ram
2x500GB Raid 1
1x750GB Media
9600gtx video
This current system isn't really cutting it for me. I have a lot of programs open and need to get a lot done on a daily basis. My next system will probably be this:
Newer Core2Quad's. Perhaps an Extreme
8GB Of Ram
2x300GB SCSI Raid 1 - (Work Related, and maybe some high density games)
2x1.5TB 7200RPM std HD's - For media and games
1 or 2 1GB video cards. I think I don't need 2 video cards since I'm not a graphic artist like some of you.

Core 2 Duo E8600 @4.5GHz
ASUS Maximus Formula motherboard
4GB DDR2 RAM
GeForce 8800GT 512MB
~2TB of HDD space (4HDDs)
Windows XP Home SP3/Windows 7 Beta (x64)
Renegade barely drops below a constant 100FPS, even in the largest servers (if it does, which is rare, the lowest I've seen is ~80), at 1600x1200 with full AA, full AF, supersampling transparency AA, and shaders. I sort of need a new video card (not really, but it's what needs balanced the most), and am awaiting the GTX3x0 or HD58x0 cards for that. Otherwise, nothing short of the GTX260/HD4870 would be worth it, as this one still does really good.
A current backup system/internet machine (sold the better backup, gave another away, and yet another is in parts, hence the low specifications of it) is as follows. This is the first system I played ever Renegade on. I'm surprised now that I used to all of the time. It's rather unplayable (due to the CPU), especially on large or even medium servers, or maybe I just say that after being used to anything more.
Pentium III 933MHz
Dell Intel 815 based motherboard
384MB or 512MB SDRAM
GeForce4 Ti4200 64MB
60GB of HDD Space (2 HDDs)
Windows XP Home SP3/Windows 2000 Professional SP4
Internet speed is rated for ~25MB, but the televisions are a part of that. The internet itself is capped ~6Mb download, so I usually get that, minus a little, and between 768Kb-1Mb upload.
